Most days run on coffee and Diet Coke, balanced by writing, reading, and focus. Music like Pink Floyd fuels his energy, and authors like Haruki Murakami shape his curiosity and perspective… all grounded by more than 11 years of sobriety, which fuels his discipline and clarity.
